When I feel like making a card I always go for something 3D. With all the pop up card options for the Silhouette you just can’t go wrong. How could I resist this pop up bunny card?
The grass is cut from green cardstock and the background from scrapbook paper. I used cardstock again for the pieces of the bunny. Foam dots would have helped give the bunny more dimension, but I ran out and keep forgetting to pick some up. Either way, it’s adorable!
The happy spring banner is a print and cut file. It saved a lot of time since I only had to glue one piece down. It adds a lot of color without a lot of work.
I didn’t want to overdo it on the outside of the card so I just used a piece of floral scrapbook paper. I thought it coordinated with the banner on the inside of the card surprisingly well.
This adorable pop up bunny card is perfect for Easter or simply to welcome the start of spring! If you haven’t tried 3D cards yet this is a good place to start. It comes together easily and doesn’t involve a ton of pieces. I love the instant wow factor that comes with a pretty pop up card!
