Silhouette Sketch Pen Holder

Do you ever feel like crafting something but want to avoid a big clean up or you just don’t have a lot of time? Yup, that was me. But I needed to make something. My solution: craft up something simple on my Silhouette. Since I wanted a more convenient way to store my Silhouette sketch pens I whipped up this sketch pen holder I found in the Silhouette online store. My need for storage and need to craft was solved in just a few minutes. Sweet!

It couldn’t have been easier to put together. The file comes with two shapes: the top and bottom of the box. I cut those out of chipboard. Then I glued down each flap.

The top box (the one with the holes for the sketch pens) just slides right into the bottom box.

Then I used a sketch pen to write out a little label with a shape that came with the 24 sketch pen starter kit.

I love the variety of colors that come in the starter kit.
