I’m not crazy about doing laundry, but for some reason a basket full of my son’s clean clothes makes me smile. Those miniature t-shirts and tiny socks remind me that he is still my baby. I love being in charge of his wardrobe. His clothes are colorful and fun. Everything a two year old’s wardrobe should be!
I love his colorful clothing, but I hate sorting it into separate loads. I want to throw all his dirty clothes in one load and be done with it. Let me tell you how excited I was when Purex’s new No Sort for Colors detergent arrived on my doorstep. I’ve professed my love for Purex before and this is no different. A Purex detergent to make my laundry day easier? Yes please!
Purex developed this really cool Anti-Color-Transfer Technology. Basically, it helps keep the colors in your mixed loads from bleeding by traping loose dyes in the wash and keeping them from transferring onto other fabrics. Purex does recommend that you wash new clothing (especially jeans) separately at least five times before you do a mixed color load with their No Sort for Colors detergent. After that you should be free to mix it up.The Purex No Sort for Colors detergent worked wonderfully on our clothes. I didn’t have any problems with colors bleeding. It made laundry day so much easier since I could combine loads that I normally wouldn’t. I will be keeping an eye out for it the next time I need detergent.
