My mom picked up these adorable Mickey Mouse popsicle molds at the Disney Store for us. I wanted to test them out so I threw together a mixture with whatever I could find in the fridge. In just a few minutes I had yummy popsicles ready to freeze.
Plum Lemonade Popsicles
You’ll need:
- popsicle molds
- lemonade (I used pink, but regular will do just fine)
- 2 plums
Wash the plums and remove the pits. Puree them with a splash of lemonade. I love using my immersion blender for this. Divide the mixture between the popsicle molds. Fill the rest of the molds with lemonade. Freeze until they’re ready to enjoy.
