I can’t get enough of Silhouette’s heat transfer material. I mean, look at how perfect the design comes out without all the mess of fabric paint. Not to mention it is one of those quick no fail projects. Cut the design out of heat transfer material, weed out the extra pieces, iron it down…that’s it! I adore the black glitter heat transfer material that I used on the plush matryoshka doll, but I needed something with a little less sparkle for Steven. The metallic heat transfer material was exactly what I was looking for. It is difficult to see in pictures, but it has a shine to it that is definitely a step above regular grey. Stop by the Silhouette Blog where you’ll find out more about this shirt, including the designs I used. Be sure to take a look at the back of the shirt…it is my little traveler’s favorite part!
