GB Evoq 4-in-1 Travel System

We have purchased our fair share of strollers over the past few years…and we only have one child! Although my son is old enough to walk we still use a stroller often. The problem is most strollers only do one thing well. Our jogging stroller is too cumbersome for trips to the mall and the umbrella stroller is convenient but not very comfortable or easy to maneuver. Since I’m still on the hunt for the perfect stroller I was thrilled to be given the opportunity to try out the brand new GB Evoq 4-in-1 travel system.

This travel system comes with four separate pieces. You have your stroller base, infant car seat, infant car seat base, and stroller seat. This is everything you’ll need for the next few years! My son is past the infant car seat stage, but he insisted we test it out with one of his babies. The infant seat was incredibly easy to install since it just snaps right onto the stroller base. One of the biggest issues we had when my son was little was that his car seat only worked with our jogging stroller. I’m all of 5 feet tall and had the hardest time seeing over and around his car seat when it was in the stroller. It was especially difficult because the stroller was so long. I was constantly bumping into things…and people. Using the infant car seat with the GB Evoq travel system is a whole different story. I can see over it and around it so I’m not bumping into everything.

I’m a stickler when it comes to car seat safety so I was truly impressed with all the features of the GB Asana 35 infant car seat. It comes with the unique FirmFit System that provides an easier and more secure installation of the infant car seat and base. The FirmFit Arm provides an extra 20 lbs of force which helps achieve as secure a fit for the base as possible. As picky as I am when it comes to car seats, I wouldn’t hesitate using the GB Asana 35 infant car seat and base with my little one.

When you’re out of the infant car seat stage simply switch it out for the toddler stroller seat. It can snap into place forward facing or parent facing. How handy is that? There have been so many times I wished I could have my son facing me in the stroller. I love this feature!

Everyone who has had a sleeping kiddo has done the two wheel stroller tilt. Yes, you know what I’m talking about. I’ll tilt the stroller back for as long as I can just to get a little bit of peace while my little one is napping away. I was thrilled to find out that this stroller seat easily tilts back! You can go for a gentle recline or you can tilt the seat back into an ultra comfortable horizontal position. All you need to do is pull the little piece near the top of the seat. You can do it so gently that your napping little angel won’t even notice. Such a sanity saver, don’t you think?

Today we went for a little walk along one of our favorite paths. Despite the sun shining it was still cold and windy. My son was able to stay nice and warm due to the stroller canopy that extends surprisingly far. He insisted on bringing his blanket along for the ride. Normally I’d resist because it always gets dirty being dragged along. Since the stroller seat is high off the ground the blanket didn’t drag or get sucked into the wheels.

Of course, a good stroller needs to be comfortable for parents too. The height adjustable handle quickly and easily adjusts which is helpful when my husband and I are taking turns pushing the stroller. I really appreciate the unusually roomy storage basket. Stroller storage is usually small and difficult to get to. This storage basket is 12×12″ wide and 6″ deep. When you take into account the space between the basket and the bottom of the infant or stroller seat you end up with a ton of room. You could actually put a large diaper bag or shopping bags under there without having to hang them on the handle. You can see how much room there is between there with each of the seats.

My son loves using the built in glide-on standing board. We plan on growing our family and I can already imagine how handy this travel system will be when we have more little ones to keep an eye on. I’ll need all the help I can get so the idea of having one child sitting in the stroller and one using the glide-on standing board is amazing! It has already been really useful because there are times we like having the convenience of a stroller, but my son doesn’t want to sit still in it the whole time. It is so nice to have that flexibility while still keeping him happy and close to us.

Honest to goodness, I think our stroller search is finally over. The EB Evoq 4-in-1 travel system has everything you need for keeping kids and parents happy on the go. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for the right stroller to last you through infancy and beyond. The stroller is perfect for my now 3 year old, and I can’t wait to be able to use the whole travel system when we add to our family. Before we had our son my husband and I were always eager to travel and share new experiences. Now we get to share the adventures with our son.
